The Mount Gambier Library wants to hear from you! Our latest customer survey is now open and we are seeking your feedback on your experience and what services and facilities are important to you.

Mount Gambier Library Manager, Vicki Hutchinson said the opportunity to find out what Library customers think of the current service, as well as what they would like in the future is invaluable for planning and programming.

“The purpose of the survey is to gain valuable information about what people think of the library and the wide variety of services we offer,” Ms Hutchinson commented.

“We would love to hear feedback about the library, services, events and programmes we provide and your recent experiences.”

The information collected from this survey will be used in the future development and improvement of library services and programmes, and Ms Hutchinson said it is a great opportunity for library customers to help create a library which provides an experience they find both enjoyable and of value.

“We are offering an incentive for all those who complete a survey, with the chance to win a $30 book voucher,” Ms Hutchinson added.

“Library staff are eager to hear feedback from all visitors to the Library and will be selecting two lucky winners each week during the consultation period.”

Customers are invited to complete a survey in any of the following ways:

“Hearing what our customers think is important to us, and we encourage everyone to contribute their thoughts to help us continue to improve our service,” Ms Hutchinson concluded.

The survey is now open and will close at 5pm on Sunday 15th June, 2014.
