The City of Mount Gambier staff are invited to participate in this 2 minute anonymous survey in relation to their respective COVID-19 vaccination status.

The purpose of this survey is to gauge the overall % of staff that are vaccinated (first dose & second dose) to enable the organisation to assess how we are tracking compared to the statistics for the State, regional geographical location and specifically our community.
