Thank you to those community members who took the opporutnity to review the draft policy.

As a result of the request for feedback via the public survey, the Have Your Say page recorded:

• 53 unique visitors;
• 16 draft policy document downloads; and
• One completed survey response.

The sole repondant provided feedback relating to Council's role in environmental sustainability and resourcing priorities rather than the specific content of the draft policy. This feedback was noted by the project team.

Administration will continue to engage with key stakeholders and reference best practice policy examples in finalising the draft policy before presenting to Council for consideration and endorsement.
