Register to speak to a submission

A Special Meeting of Council will be held on Tuesday 18 November 2025 from 5pm solely for the purposes of allowing community members to speak to their submission, should they choose to do so. 

Those interested in speaking to their submission must complete this form by 4pm, Thursday, 13 November 2025 to register. 

Note that, in the event that no registrations to speak to a submission have been received by the due date, the special public meeting will not be held.
